Before you build
Development preview terms.
This website is a development preview for evaluation. It is not a production data service, does not offer an uptime commitment and does not enable paid subscriptions.
Use responsibly
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, abuse the public postcode service or submit sensitive data. Source licences and attribution requirements still apply; public availability is not an unrestricted licence to reuse personal data.
Understand the limits
Examples are illustrative unless explicitly labelled as an upstream lookup. BritDatum does not guarantee completeness, currency or fitness for a specific purpose. Do not use the preview as the sole basis for safety, legal, financial or property decisions.
Your account
Keep your password private. Preview features and stored evaluation data may change or be removed as the product develops. No production API access or credit entitlement is granted merely by registering for the web preview.
